Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Tooyd, we want returns to be simple and hassle-free. If you need to return an item or have an issue with your order, please contact the seller directly through the Tooyd secure messaging system.
Important: All items purchased through Tooyd are covered by a 30-day returns policy, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
As a marketplace platform, Tooyd is not the seller of the items listed. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled directly by the individual seller.
Return Process
Send the seller a message through Tooyd explaining the issue.
2. Pack the item securely
Use the original packaging where possible. Return complete sets together.
3. Include your order details
Add a copy of the invoice, or include your name, contact details, and order information
4. Return the parcel
Send the item back to the seller’s return address.
5. Confirm dispatch
Notify the seller once the parcel has been shipped and provide tracking if available.
6. Receive your refund
Once the return is received and checked, the seller will refund your original payment method.
